Actively involved in student engagement and enhancement at the University of Winchester Library, working closely with students, running feedback campaigns and engagement activities, and subsequently improving services.

Student-focussed, experienced working with students at the University. Regularly conduct student feedback surveys and collate responses from students: online (e.g. surveys/polls) and face-to-face (e.g. roaming iPad survey across campus).
Social media co-ordinator, delivering an engaging digital presence and marketing campaigns across all our channels as well as our online blog. Regularly produce a wide variety of communications for our students, both online and in print.
Created and ran the #GreenUniLibrary collaborative outreach campaign for universities across the country, culminating in winning the NUS National Green Impact Award for the Innovation for Engagement.
Co-opted by ARLG Southern; responsible for their social media output, and National Representative.
